The Alexander Technique is a system of re-education which can help us in all aspects of our lives, how we move, how we breathe, how we learn, how we react.
With the help of a teacher you can consciously learn how to release tension and rediscover balance of mind and body.
This one hundred year old technique works through gradually re-establishing the natural "Use of the self", you become more relaxed and more alert, aches and pains fade, you feel calm, confident and self-reliant, you think more clearly and cope with stress better.
The Alexander Technique will benefit anyone whether they are an elite athlete or whether they just wish to live life without the aches and pains that many people suffer and accept as part of life. Its a pity that these techniques are not shown to us all at an early age for I have no doubt that this would alleviate many of the causes of ill health in our communities.
